I'm a senior communications leader and adviser with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations communicate through change, complexity and uncertainty.I work with leaders and organisations that need experienced communications support - whether that's shaping a transformation narrative, strengthening internal communication, advising executives or helping people understand the 'why' behind change.I’m based in Auckland and am available to work with organisations across New Zealand and beyond.
Helping people understand what’s changing – and why
Good communication is about more than sending information.It creates clarity. It builds trust. It helps leaders lead. And during periods of change, it can make the difference between people feeling confused and disconnected, or understanding where an organisation is heading and how they fit into it.I’ve spent much of my career working at that intersection between strategy, leadership, communication and people.My experience includes senior communications roles with KiwiRail, BNZ, Spark and Fonterra, advising executives and leading communication through major organisational change, transformation, crises and periods of significant uncertainty.
